Hola! I'm not Latino. Or Mexican American. Or whatever we call it these days that doesn't offend anybody.
I created this blog almost a year ago and have yet to post a single damn thing. Today I was on Pinterest, and while in the midst of my frenzy of pinning, I thought to myself, "You REALLY should do something with that blog." So why not? Now's as good a time as any! That exclamation point there expresses WAY more happiness than I actually feel. lol
So, what's this blog gonna be about? Everything. Things I do every day. Recipes, crafts, TV shows, you name it. I LOVE Pinterest, but unlike most people, I actually DO the things I find on there. I cook the recipes and make the crafts.
I'm a fiancee, mother, and Girl Scout leader. I'm honest and smart and funny in a painful way. I'm not going to try and write to be witty; I'm going to write like I talk. Hopefully you will enjoy my blog. If not, we coo'.
Right now I'm going to share with you that I'm baking brownies (from a BOX) and I was typing this and wondering how long those suckers had left. I went into the kitchen and saw that I never actually put them IN the oven. Go, me! I have 6 8th graders at my house for my step-son's birthday party sleepover video game pool foosball running around crazy party. They have so far consumed TWENTY TWO cheeseburgers, 12 liters of soda, and 3 party size bags of chips. Holy crap. I'm REALLY glad I didn't get pizza. I'd be broker than I already am. The upside is, he's having a BLAST. And now they're outside on the front lawn screaming about Spiderman. Of course.
I'm gonna go upstairs with the man and watch In The Flesh now. Thanks for calling in.
